We build operational AI for physical businesses. Software that does the repetitive operational work in restaurants, hotels and takeaways, so the people running them can focus on everything a machine cannot do.
The thesis
Most software for physical businesses digitizes a process and stops there. A digital menu is still a menu. A tablet till is still a cash register. We start from a different question: which parts of daily operations need a human at all? Order-taking, request routing, payment and reconciliation are loops that follow rules. They can run on their own. We build the systems that run them.
What we build
Four products, each tuned to one environment, all sharing a single intelligence core.
- ResturAI is conversational AI ordering for restaurants and cafés. Guests scan a QR code and order by chat or voice; the ticket lands in the kitchen with no waiter and no app.
- HotilAI is an AI concierge for hotels and resorts. Guests request anything from their room in any language, and it reaches the right team instantly.
- Trcker is an intelligent point of sale that turns every transaction into live operational data, across any device and any number of locations.
- Nevcash is zero-friction takeaway. Customers scan, order and pay in about ten seconds, with the kitchen notified the moment they do.
One core, not four tools
The four products are built on one platform and one intelligence core, with the same conversational engine and the same dashboard language behind each. Every one is plug and play: there is nothing to integrate into your existing setup, so you keep the POS and the tools you already run. Adopt one or adopt several, and you get a consistent system instead of four unrelated vendors.

Remetico is built for the realities of operations: high volume, thin margins, staff who are stretched, and customers who will not download anything. Every product runs in a browser, scales without adding people, and is configured per location.
